We serve businesses in Karlsruhe (headquarters), Pforzheim, Dobel, Rastatt, Baden-Baden, Bruchsal, and Bretten. From our Karlsruhe-Wolfartsweier office we can reach every location within roughly 40 minutes.
Are there minimum contract durations for on-site service?
No. Maintenance contracts are cancellable on a monthly basis. One-off visits and projects are billed hourly by effort.
Are travel costs charged separately?
Under flat-rate contracts, travel costs to all covered locations are included. For one-off visits without a contract, we provide a transparent fixed price upfront.
Can businesses outside these locations also be served?
In principle, yes. Our core area covers the listed locations, but companies in the wider Karlsruhe region (up to about 60 km) can also be supported. Please get in touch.
