Which vendors do you work with?
For networking we use UniFi, including the integrated firewall. For typical mid-sized business environments this is sufficient.
Can you take over our existing Wi-Fi?
Yes. If the hardware is still viable we take it over. Where it makes sense to build a second network in parallel and migrate in stages, we do that. A rip-and-replace is rarely necessary.
What does remote employee connectivity look like?
The modern approach is zero-trust access: users authenticate per application, not per VPN. Where VPN is desired or required, we set it up with MFA and device compliance.
Who is liable if an update takes down the network?
We always apply firmware updates during maintenance windows, with a rollback plan and prior testing on a pre-production device. Zero risk is impossible, but we do everything possible to avoid surprises.
